    　新たなワックスをかけるため、床の表面が研磨（少しずつ削り落として、凸凹を平らにする工程）されています。
    　白い粉が一面に広がっているのが見えるでしょうか。

    　通報・指示班、初期消火班の２つに分かれての実施です。２回に分けて行うことにより、職員は両方を体験しました。
    　実際に消火栓も出してみるなど、緊張感をもった研修（訓練）になりました。

    　本日午後、先月の避難訓練を踏まえ、職員による防災研修会を実施しました。
    　万が一火災が発生した場合、速やかに役割分担し、適切に行動することを目的としています。消火器の設置場所や機器の取り扱い等について、改めて確認しました。
