    　本日も熱中症警戒アラートが発令されたため、音楽室で活動を行いました。
    　前回同様、小学生が体験しに来た時を想定して練習しました。
    　次回は８月２１日になります。
    　自宅でもトレーニングを続けましょう。

    今日は大沢野中との練習試合でした。
    本校一年生が二番手投手として、登場し、２回を無失点で抑える好投をしました。7回表に逆転をして、2-1で勝利しました！
    来週も練習試合があります。

    どんどん経験値を積んでいきましょう！

    　本日は、まずすべての備品に「楡中陸上部」などと名前を書きました。
    　次に、小学生が部活動体験に来たことを想定した練習をしました。
    　学校で部活動がなくても家でできるトレーニングもありますから、自宅でもがんばってください。
